"Harry," said Remus quietly. He could feel his self-control buckling, because it was the first time he had spoken of it to anyone. "You didn't know the first thing about Sirius Black. You don't know what there is to miss. You can't possible tell me your grief is greater than mine. At least I knew him."
"He was my godfather," Harry said stubbornly. Accusingly.
Remus swallowed.
"He was something to me, too," he said. Harry didn't challenge him.
